Each individual is permitted to hold only one phlag account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. phlag employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlag reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlag account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phlag immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phlag will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
phlag will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from phlag that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phlag support immediately.
phlag is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. phlag reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to your phlag account must be made using payment methods accepted by phlag, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phlag does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your phlag account upon confirmation of receipt by phlag's payment processing systems. phlag is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
Nothing in this section shall prevent phlag from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect phlag's legitimate interests.
